Testimonials

Your questions answered

Do I pay the excess on a not at fault claim?

No, this is because you are not making a claim on your insurance. Given that another party has caused the collision, and your vehicle was damaged, you have the legal right to sue that person to pay for the repair costs and other consequential losses.

Will a not at fault claim affect my insurance rating?

No, your insurer will not be involved, so your policy with them will not be affected. AANDI Lawyers will pursue the at fault party for your repair costs.

What is a not at fault accident?

If you are involved in an accident which you did not cause, then you are not at fault. The driver at fault for an accident is the party who caused a collision of two or more vehicles through the management of their own vehicle. The at fault driver is then responsible for the repair costs to your motor vehicle.

If you have been injured in a traffic accident, you may also be eligible for compensation by making a TAC claim.
