John joined AANDI as a law graduate in 2018 and has been a senior associate since 2022. His experience and aptitude for problem-solving enable him to successfully offer legal representation and advice to clients across a range of commercial disputes. Whether dealing with misleading or deceptive conduct, joint venture, shareholder, professional negligence, franchise, contractual or domestic building disputes, John can be relied upon to provide pragmatic solutions.

As an effective communicator focused on dispute resolution, John prides himself on developing excellent client relationships. He utilises his extensive understanding of civil litigation, mediation, commercial arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution to best effect when resolving complex legal disputes and protecting client interests. He has represented clients in the Federal Court of Australia, the Supreme Court of Victoria, the County Court of Victoria, and the Magistrates’ Court of Victoria.

Equally adept as a coach and team player, enjoys mentoring newer members of our firm and is a keen cricketer and Aussie Rules player.
